sometimes and for sure more costly the 2.5 seller wants to see big glossy print adds etc. custom website just for that listing.. a materport  professional photos and drone shots etc etc.I had a listing once on a 5 mi home and it sold 1st day on market. 

He ignored all phone calls or emails from me.So I contacted the head office to expose the situation, and a few minutes later, I received an email from this broker saying that he is releasing the land lot back to me.

Hilton Head has more golf courses per capita than anywhere else in the country.

Don't expect them to spend a lot of time on this up-front conversation, but they probably will be willing to give you some top-of-head numbers in the process of looking for another possible client.
