Correct me if I’m wrong, but you want: You want the flexibility to sell each individual condo and then pull the funds into one place Then direct the funds to purchase CRE all tax-deferred at a future date TBD.To be clear, the deferred sales trust is not a time machine to freeze the sales date of your condos and then allowed to thaw that date or reset it once the funds are the deferred sales trust to execute a 1031 exchange.

@Jennifer Williams although it is quite trendy now it is not recommended to paint exterior birck as it prohibits the brick from breathing during freeze and thaw cycles causing spalling and other damage.You will also be causing a maintence free exterior needing to be painted on a regular basis.
