I am 18 years old, just about to finish my schooling career in the 2 months, and would not mind traveling oversees for 'business purposes' next year :D Pretty keen actually..Any info on this topic would be great, thanks.

@Neil Gulden, Hi Neil, I have looked at Keene quite a bit.

Others on the forum disagree with me, and I'm not as keen on Minneapolis with the direction the city council is going (making it a bit more difficult in my opinion to be a landlord in Minneapolis). 

My hope is that this helps people see what folks are keen on in early 2022.

I'm a little suspicious when a Seller is too keen to hold their own note. ie.

I would recommend calling as many banks in Charleston as you can as the local banks are more keen to work with investors (newbies and seasoned pros) and have several different financing options.
