Check recent sales and rental data beyond Zillow estimates to gauge true market value.

Rental Demand:While Plano has traditionally been a strong rental market, recent data might indicate some softening.

The leasing manager isn't going to like this change, and then I've got to figure out what to do with 20 years of data that is probably not recorded correctly, but in the end, what's easiest and most accurate is what needs to rule.

You should have a lot of data for them to scrub and call, they should be able to make notes stating follow up dates, wether the lead is cold or warm.

However, this difference in rents doesn't factor in that two-story homes on average tend to be larger than one-story homes.My data source isn't super precise showing rent-to-sqft ratios, only rounding to whole dollars.
