Screw the latest shoes and clothing.

They broke things on the shelf in my closet, dirtied my cloths moving them onto the bed with their dirty hands. 

Including damp basements and leaks in foundation (though nothing major!)

It was always damp and humid, and even though the house was over 100 years old, I didn't think the constant dampness was good for the timbers of the house.It was an interesting property, the owner had moved there when she was 12 with her parents and was still living there under a life estate and was 98 years old when we bought the place. 

Four growing seasons with no garden, not to mention no place to put up a clothes line...not the right place for me to live long term.

Two questions:1) I am under no legal obligation to separate cost of clothes dryer, correct?

Hi Peter, I don't see anything in your budget for clothing.

Wore my worst clothes , had bleach water and soap and had a miserable day .
