The bf and Unit 4 tenant have continued threats to my Unit 2 tenant and will not stop.What is the best course of action I can take?

This occupant has a rap sheet a mile long from prior convictions and he is on drugs.We posted a notice to Quit, and now he is sending us pictures of the inside like he is going to use it against us when we didn't put him there or want anyone there to begin with.He is texting us novels of bi polar communication from threats to compliments to prayer requests and keeps cycling in that same manner.

Some not so obvious causes for termite that should signal taking a closer look for termites is any wood to ground contact (pressure treated lumber is not safe from the threat of termites if installed directly in the ground), foliage, siding less than 6 inches from grade,high dirt, and subtle wood piles up against the house.

It may well be that the threat of such an action may be enough to get the tenant out of there so before filing it may be worthwhile to have your lawyer write a pay up or die letter.

My realtor and lawyer agree with them, essentially they are bullying me into buying the property or risk losing my deposit or go through litigation (threat from my lawyer, my agent and the seller's lawyer).I think this is what they call - being royally screwed.

@Corey Frank Here is my opinion and is probably worth what you paid for it…I believe the threat to the STR market will be an economic downturn that doesn’t so much effect housing prices, but rather median wages.
