you will need to organize your bank accounts so that you can shut off the account for the no pay tenant and prevent the deposit. 

Get there and they have busted seals, were installed wrong and don’t shut, leak, need to be replaced.

It is no longer a couple or small family situation that normally books a 1 or 2 bedroom cabin, but rather an extended family, church group, other types of groups, etc... and just based on the different individuals schedule of all the parties included, it would be hard to do a lot of last minute booking I would think.  

Since the limit is 180 days out of the year to rent out short term do you just shut down once you reach the cap for the year? 

But alas TPTB in the East worked hard to shut this down, now it just sits idle--and waiting.)
