It is a small, unique center catering specifically to specialty food / craft beer / wine tenants.

FWIW, here's a tip:  call a few and start by asking if you will have a dedicated account representative, or will you be assigned to someone different each time you contact their call center? 

But near Ruffner Nature Center there is higher quality stock.

These fees include things like cable, water , trash , pool, fitness center.

The main issue was that this property was far away from a metropolitan center and therefore flew under the radar.

You need to call your Airman and Family Readiness center (AFRC) and make an appointment with the financial advisor.
