I don't have any real rehab skills myself, I am an able bodied guy, and can learn, but I have no real skills at this time.Come December (after the holidays) I am looking for the quickest way possible to put 5k in my hands to breath for 2 months, followed by 10k, 20k, and then focus on regular passive income and continual flips.

Having bad sinuses has worked to my advantage, but I put on a breathing apparatus I borrowed from my job, and surveyed inside.

However, in the current market, don't hold your breath for anything spectacular coming to you that way.Tax and probate rolls won't be publicly available to you.  

I tend to think of Stern/Ross in the same breath, with Stern having a focus on finance/banking, and Ross grads excelling at consulting.

I'm still relatively new, but from my experience reading here on BP, along with speaking to other investors, there are several towns that a buy and hold investor could breathe a bit with not-too-high taxes.  

J-Christ-on-a bike, that takes my breath away (but I don't live in TX, maybe that's normal there) Anyway- my point (and I do have one, lol) is that I think you would benefit by narrowing down what exactly you are trying to achieve.

Play a different game.Take a deep breath, Pray, forgive and go on.

Then I hope to catch my breath!
