Is it better to have 2 separate Internet services (1 for each side) for a Duplex?

I thought the guy was gonna have a heart attack pushing the conduit pole up onto the side of the building.

I was able to side step financial fees but the person funding the project was assessed a 26k debt because I and all subs were viewed as employees.

With that said, when foreclosures come the private money will not be sell side but buy side.

I would also recommend connecting with realtors / investors / property managers in the markets you're looking to target to help you understand the markets better + doing your own research on the side. 

Can’t help with wholesaling, but you can learn about real estate from the finance side.

A story that does not clearly lay out the language of the contract, the dispute and both parties position (which is rarely if ever done) is only positioning for public support for one side to sell clicks or advertising.
