Of course you guys know that my advice or any on this site is considered heresay (information received from other people that one cannot adequately substantiate) so why not invest a little time visiting the Housing Courts for a couple of sessions and see for yourself the disposition of the Cases.

You might even do this 2-3 times; these little informational sessions will help a lot, and are free.

I've used rev.com on my phone to record speaker sessions and then transfers it to text. 

@Michelle McGee  @Christopher Brainard  @Greg Groves  The problem with Las Vegas (for me anyway), is I'd have to add a line to my P&L spreadsheet for Blackjack losses when I am in town visiting my property.

A question I got during the breakout sessions was essentially about "when do I have enough cashflow that I can quit my job and still get additional normal 30YF mortgages?" 

Anyone have any recommendations for conferences or training sessions they have participated in?
