We have them in my market and the numbers barely work.

They said “prop cor” on them and had pink bands tied at the top.

I hate to say it, but do the bare minimum to keep it rentable which is fix safety hazards.

(Very impacted by COVID on the brink of going under as he works 80 hours a week and barely takes home anything) We rent an apartment for 2,000 a month and have to intentions on buying a house on Long Island since everything is over valued at the moment and it would be just putting us in a pit. 

One has a partial flat roof and the other is all shingles (multilayer but less than 3) If the shingles are curling, bare or missing, just replace it properly.

He even offered me a construction job out where he's at and I was tempted to take it, just by seeing how he had moved on up from barely making rent to rolling in cash.

I wasn’t living there at first until barely now.
