This isn’t really a big deal though.Rent payments can be abated over unresolved maintenance issues and tenants failing to abide by S8 requirements.Many S8 housing commissions will not hold tenants accountable for damages they cause (tenant is supposed to repair or lose their voucher).

They failed to do it properly and caused the damage.

Some of our local banks and credit unions have great deals - much better than national lenders.

Either way - whether the tenants fail to vacate based on the notice you provided or whether they fail to pay, it sounds like you are headed towards eviction.  

I am guessing it was with a lender and not an FDIC Bank?
