Rich Dad Poor Dad inspired me too, I would second Account Closed's recommendations (especially The Richest Man in Babylon), and also, Rich Dad's Guide to Investing.

The BP Podcasts have been a major source of inspiration & learning for me.Over the last 4 years @Joshua Dorkin & @Brandon Turner have hosted 216 episodes where the amazing guests have shared a wealth of knowledge for all of us to learn from.I kept looking for ways to quickly find episodes which were related to a specific topic I was exploring so that I could have marathon learning sessions which were focused on that particular topic.The best I could find was this link, but it doesn't seem to have been update in a long time.So I put together an organized and categorized Google Sheet of the podcasts (The themes are based on the titles, I'll try to refine the themes as I listen to them). 

It's a lofty goal, but lame goals don't motivate, inspire, or drive!

I am excited and anxious to start my new journey as a real estate investor, and also eager to meet fellow hungry and inspiring people like myself.

Considering I didn't even know what a loan-to-value ratio was 2 months ago, I'd say I've learned quite a bit and am inspired to take the next steps. 

It is very inspiring for a not-yet-ready newbie.

I have been inspired by my in-laws to get involved in real estate as they are successful and had the opportunity to retire earlier than most.
