New Member Looking to Invest in Atlanta

Hey folks,

Jason here and excited to join the BP community. I've spent the past few months listening to the BP podcast, reading RE books and articles, and perusing the BP forums to build a solid foundation in real estate investing. Considering I didn't even know what a loan-to-value ratio was 2 months ago, I'd say I've learned quite a bit and am inspired to take the next steps. 

As touted by many investors, I'm looking to build a network around the Atlanta area and learn the market so that I can purchase my first property within the next couple of months.
