You do have to attend the auction in person and they are held the first Tuesday of every month.

I think attending the monthly MNREIA meetings is a great way to network and advance your learning.Sean

I would also recommend joining and attending local REIA meetings they can be very useful for meeting others like yourselves, contractors, realtors, etc... they can also be a very good source for gaging your market and what is happening around you.
