East Ellijay = No STR AllowedDowntown Blue Ridge = No STR AllowedWhite County = Special Use Permit (YUCK) - Helen city limits is the exception, STR allowedPretty much all of the other counties are STR friendly or don't have an ordinance (Yet), but everything I'm hearing is positive, so...I'm not too worried.

He said no, because I'm not a real estate agent.But I've blogs  that said that I could get a fee from an investor friendly real estate agent.What's real and what's fake you guys.

@Bud Gaffney I have heard nothing but great things from my friends that invest up in those markets especially while pro actively finding deals.

Can anyone recommend an investor-friendly agent (bonus if they can also analyze deals)?

I will say a friend in real estate just posted last night on his story that he did cash for keys to get rid of two non paying tenants and 5 dogs.
