I'd love to bus the problem somewhere else but homeless like to live in FL, in NYC you can get them to agree to get on a bus to FL (especially in the winter).I'm Ok with my 5 unit, I got it cheap enough so I think it was a good buy.

The other 3 were as bad or worse than any tenant and/or squatter abused properties I've ever dealt with in almost 15 years.
