I recommend reading The Million Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.

Not sure when we will leave south Florida.I mentioned to Gary that I would put a shed on the land behind the house for all my tools, and my jeep, and he said he did not want to look out the back screened porch and see any thing other than the woods he currently sees.

@Gary A.They told me the biggest driver to it was the drill down of property type i.e. residential duplex, triplex, quadif you want the apartments 5 units and up make sure you choose the residential apartment one.I don't have it in front of me but can find the exact criteria i used in the next couple of days.

Books I like are obviously Rich Dad, Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki, Real Estate Riches - Dolf De Roos, The Millionaire Real Estate investor - Gary Keller are a few good ones to start.After reading and studying for a while, you just need to do it!  

After reading a variety of books on how to invest from well-respected authors, I finally grasped what front leaders, such as Gary Keller, Warren Buffett, and of course Robert Kiyosaki were trying to tell me.
