Has anyone had success using Listsource for multifamily or apartment buildings?  If so, what criteria did you use to pull that list? Thanks

I had similar results on the first pass. Luckily it was a small list and I kept on making small changes then using the view results feature to confirm accuracy.

Property tab > select property type > detailed property types > multi family 10 units plus

Making ^ that change gave me much better data to work from.
