LET YOURSELF TAKE NAPS, decaffeinate and learn your REM cycles and try and wake up in the sweet spot of feeling rested.How this works in a functional way, if I know I'm going to be working for 48-100 hours straight, I will not use caffeine at all, taking naps at 10am, noon, 5pm.... whenever.

@Eric B. 10% is a little extreme, that’s probably atypical but in this case the rent was $2,000/mo, there were over 30 qualified applicants that applied, and rents had gone up 10% in the area the previous year, so the big increase was a function of supply and demand.
