Securing 100% financing for a project is quite rare because lenders typically want you to have some skin in the game.

In fact  there's a company that markets quite heavily on this BP that sells uneducated investors formation packages that are completely impractical and unnecessary but there are plenty of accountants out there who do the same.  

I haven't made a dime but I also do not want to be the guy who just quits.

I’ve researched and read about real estate for quite some time and I’m finally making a post in this great community.

I have been interested in investing in US real estate for quite some time and have spent the summer reading books and getting a bit more familiar with it all.

We may habe high property taxes but our rents are high with increases quite common, and insanely low vacancy rates.

There are quite a few good condo buildings in the area. 

I know the Real Estate Guys talk about/promote Belize quite a bit Some resources here on their site https://realestateguysradio.com/markets/belize/Their podcast is pretty interesting and that link has some links to podcast episodes they've done about Belize..they do promote quite a bit and a lot's of ads compared to the BP podcast....but you can always fast forward of course..
