The web site says http://fortworthtexas.gov/neighborhoods/NEZ/Promote housing, economic development and quality services in Fort Worth central city.So what does this really mean for those of us who have rentals in the area? 

Because the LA market is so insane right now I've started looking in central California (Fresno, Merced, etc), the Sacramento area, and have also considered out of state (I've already read @David Greene's great book on out of state investing). 

I don't know anything about Belle Plaine but many cities have a Central Business District classification for Main Street and there are only certain permitted uses.

In the last year the central ac has been replaced, a new metal roof installed , and a new water heater.

in addition, here in Central Florida, there are ton's of STR communities in the area that all have private pools and amenities that appeal to vacationers.
