The cost of full time hires and fringe benefits are expensive - likely more expensive than the cost of an outsourced platform that can handle the email streams and automate most of the customer service process.

And some of them are really awesome.However, I haven’t come across any useful tool I can use to source deals and analyze the market in Dubai.This is also the reason why I’m building my own - although automating data extraction and its manipulation is a lot of work.What tools are you guys using that focus on Dubai?

Less automation, attorneys and judges are less easily available.We have a couple in NC that went smoothly.

@Brandon Foken I have been heads down doing RE Wholesaling and marketing for sometime now and finally came up with a way to almost fully automate marketing letters, was an investment up front for hardware, software, materials, etc (approx 25k by end of this year), but worth it for me, and have been able to help some of my RE wholesaler and investor friends in the local San Diego area.

I can empathize with both Bill (get bored easily) and Nathan (like to optimize), so I do a couple things when I start to get bored:- First, I'll try to optimize and more importantly, I'll try to *AUTOMATE*.

System automation (the ultimate goal) will come down the road.

I will be looking into automation and calls systems such as patlive once i'm done researching the campaign plan .
