I've been listening to Bigger Pockets for years, read tons of books, watched countless webinars and videos, and I forget that this is a new concept to people sometimes.

I have followed a guy named Bill Faeth for a few years now on his Facebook group and his YouTube channel. 

Never had a personal trainer and learned everything myself by watching youtube videos and reading articles on bodybuilding.com.I've read a few books about longevity and I'm currently reading Outlive by Peter Attia.

You really have to watch the training videos (which i dread, i always feel like I can just figure it out as I go...), everything is hidden and not self explanatory.
