I've racked my brain and can't think of a way to specifically pinpoint completed rehab projects in a given area.I'm currently using the MLS to find every All-Cash transaction in my area in 2016 (which I thought would produce a list of rehabs) but it is giving me a lot of of owner occupieds and apparent buy and holds (based on listing pictures being nice, finished homes).

They said to do this properly, I would rack up 10k to 15k in legal fees to be compliant with SEC.According to my attorney, two ways around this would be (1) have investor funds tied to me personally via a promissory note.

Our payments were only dropped around $300 so i'm just confused on how we racked up $20k in debt and how we were allowed to sell/settle with this basically 2nd mortgage.

@Jay HinrichsRight I see those posts on Facebook constantlyWhat I'm saying with credit card fraud - you lose your card, somebody racks up $1,000 in charges - you call you your CC company and they wipe it out and investigate it for fraud but you're coveredWhich is why I use my CC for hard money lender app fees!
