Barely brought up with investing, this is a true hidden gem for short-term vacation stays. 

That being said even bad areas have gems, but will people find it??

However, I believe our street knowledge amongst various sub-areas throughout SoCal gives us a slight advantage in knowing where small hidden gems could potentially be.

I know there are some hidden gems in there and was hoping for an easier resource than searching through each episode.Appreciate any help!
