Hi, in gated communities like Locust Lake Village for example, how does a handy person, cleaner, etc, access your STR property?

In other areas, such as the Village of Lake Delton, they implement the 7 day minimum and have a sunset clause for those TRH permittees who are allowed to rent for fewer than 7 days.  

The areas I've been considering include Cayce, West Columbia, Earlewood, Olympia Mill Village, Pinehurst, and Forest Acres. 

I was provided this number from a man I know who is from the village we would build in here in Ireland (FYI €400K, not $, my mistake in my original post).

I lived in the Sonoran Village ~6 years back.

According to the village ordnance, our building is one of the only if not the only one that is able to have a dispensary.
