As we all know, we need a deal to secure funding and being a bigger pockets pro member the Invelo platform sounds like a great resource. 

If you do use a roku/firestick/smart TV, is there a quick way to log out when doing turnover without resetting everything (and losing WiFi connection) or having to manually look into each streaming platform (Netflix, Hulu, Disney,etc) and signing out?

I have been working with a platform management company for about a year now and want to expand my horizons and learn other sides of the industry.

.- Pricing software w/ live revenue manager- Smart Lock software- 24/7 Guest Communication via platform, voice, text, email.- 24/7 Communication with owner or PM staff for maintenance or cleaning issues. 

I know there are investment platforms where sponsors can connect with investors, often at a premium, but I’m curious about other proven methods that don’t involve purchasing a list of accredited investors.For those of you who have successfully raised capital, what approaches have worked best for you?

From a legal standpoint, does the money coming from myself and individuals I know well change the way the SEC views this?
