To find this, you would have to ask each agent you interview and ask for an address so that you can verify they have in fact flipped at least one.

No matter what anyone promises, everything needs to be verified regardless who says it.

Do your due diligence on that and spend your time finding out what that particular property is worth for you and verify everything as far as utility and the expenses that come with owning a property. 

Yeah but I just thought there might be a news article, like the one recently where the community got shut down because of Fair Housing Act violations, or maybe some verifiable tangible incidents where someone who had a website got busted for doing something wrong due to that website.
