I own two mobile home parks and several on their own land.  30 total.

I'll take any and all advice any of you have, but the two things I'm looking for specifically are: what sites, services, and/or software you use and recommend for sceening and managing tenants? 

I also own a small STR property management company and own two STRs out of town that I operate remotely.

We already have had that and are only looking at getting one or two more properties unless we decide to 1031 one of our multi unit properties.

We have house hacked past two years and rented out a room in our house.

UpdatesI have two BIG updates, I actually just closed on a home not for airbnb but for myself in an area I have been trying to buy for a year but investors have been bidding on houses like crazy in the area.
