Hey John,We have not had any issues like this happening recently.That is true, that Zillow can not post a unit for rent and for sale at the same time.I think Zillow is making some changes on the backend and that may be causing some of these issues!

As a turnkey company they have a true production line to rehab their homes. 

If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

This holds true for realtors, especially contractors (I want one who talks about how he is going to do the job not tell me about how awesome he is when he built this and that and this and that, they talk to much they are snake oil salespeople)

If, however, you're coming in with a very thoughtful and transparent offer showing that you and your agent are a pro who have a true reason for the offer, the seller and listing agent are much more likely to work with you.

My spider sense says this is on the "too good to be true" side of a scam vs. not a scam.

@Shannon L Fogarty the tried and true technique here is to ask other investors in your market who they are using.  

But of course, a realtor is your friend in refining that true ARV. 

I lived there myself before so I knew it wasn't true but was curious.
