I did not lock up this deal as expected for various reasons and I don't believe the wholesaler found an end buyer.

I can pre-authorize an amount and if the expense is below that, the vendor can do the repairs without talking to me live4) Urgent maintenance issues - say a pipe breaks, or tenant is locked out.

I am hands on managing remotely and only due to the low interest rates locked in during the pandemic and tax abatement I am making some money.

Agree on the draw of the city, and surrounding areas, and that's what has me locked on the area.

@Cody Coll I would definitely grab this if available - these are hard to come by right now so with these kind of terms I'd definitely try to lock in if your ready to go

Looks like a major hurdle for newbies is simply knowing who to sell deals to once they lock them up.

Anyone have thoughts on moving the two thermostats to the hallway, putting them on my phone for monitoring via wifi with a lock of of xx degrees, and including it in the rent?
