I recently heard about residential assisted living facilities.

It was a 2/1.1 house and we got this bath to be huge with a large walk-in shower and that tub I am in, and a double vanity.For reference, now that the thread is even more off-track.

I’ve begun assisting a start up group as their property acquisition specialist.

From helping a widowed mother get a fresh start for her and her kids, to the MILLIONS of dollars in assistance we acquired for residents to stay current during covid...

I have tried to find potential syndicators by literally tracking down who bought apartments that I see clearly have new owners... but in each case, to date, the new owner appears to not be open to outside investors (and so far no local outfits), so that's not working out.
