I saw a tiny studio today renting for $900 in an old building in Sheepshead Bay.  

This works whether your property is located in the middle of the hood in Detroit, or in a tiny rural town in Montana. 

If governments cannot be kept secure and banks, medical etc, accept security questions that are often just your address and date of birth, then why should I trust this data with a tiny SME on here selling notes?

So far, our largest apartment is a 3 bedroom (plus a 4th but it is tiny and the last 2 groups didn't use it like that)- I feel this cuts down on the partying, along with avoiding certain areas near campus- mainly those right by the frat houses.  

On our tiny studio that has new floors and fresh paint, the new tenant moves in a day after the old one leaves and we'll just give the apartment a once over.  

Just yesterday, I stood in line for an hour at a tiny hip restaurant in a very gritty neighborhood where a few feet away a trendy vintage clothing store opened along with another tiny retail store targeting millenials.

I created a 180 sq ft "tiny house" apartment.

I had a conversation today with @Mike D'Arrigo who walked me through a lot of Kansas City in general, and this neighborhood in particular since he is familiar with it, and we discovered something interesting - this particular property appears to be in a lovely tiny pocket of very nice homes, but is surrounded by homes that are not comparable (e.g. it's something like an A- house on an A- street surrounded by B- properties).  

If you are talking about a structural unit, I wouldn't do it unless you're talking about a very tiny spot.
