Most of what are here are either in high-end areas Rice/Museum District or less-desirable areas, neither of which is my target.  

Any the sticky on this forum has been saying exactly that for like 5 years now.

If nobody it there, leaving a sticky on the door (inside a screen or storm door so it doesn't blow off) is also a good option.  

Hey @Rob Rice I really haven't come across deals on HUD in a while.

We do not use or allow our tenants to use contact paper as it pulls away at the wood and can leave a sticky residue.

Someone who only wants to take a cut for passing your deal along will stutter and stammer..Go directly to the wholesaling forum (Forum Tab - Forum categories) and there is a sticky post at the top on finding buyers.

Obviously, it's hard for me not to approach this situation optimistically with the "there will be no hard feelings" attitude, but as you and Amy alluded too, things can get a little sticky within the family.
