This is prime real estate, and is just about the last piece of land in this area.I have begun to develop a commercial property that I own with contractor garages, which is the extent of my experience in this space.I'm trying to get a sense of how to structure something like this, with using LP's, and also partnering with a builder, and carving something out in that regard.Does anyone have recommendations on who is currently working in this space and could provide some insight?

I’ve done one successfully in the past, so I’m not a complete novice regarding the topic, but that one experience doesn’t make me any less worried about the possibility of running out of time.

Shop LTV (or cLTV which is combined Loan To Value, basically your first mortgage and 2nd mortgage combined loan to value), rates, payment terms, time to close,  and draw period (how long you can go into and out of your heloc). 

I imagine there’s a different dynamic with tenants sharing common spaces, so I’d love to get your insights on how to manage this aspect effectively.Thanks for sharing your experience, looking forward to learning more!

No one is going to give you money when you have little no experience at all yet.

From experience, I’d recommend getting pre-approved, improving your debt-to-income ratio if needed, and researching local assistance programs.
