Technology allows us to collaborate with clients all over the US (and world); the only thing we can't do is shake hands.

Schenectady suffers from a stigma that it will probably never shake.

I've done this for lower price point homes but am a little lost on how the numbers and terms should shake out on a home of this value.Any assistance would be much appreciated.

They also have no legal justification to shake down their citizens with rental licensing fees or unlawful searches.

Happened at 145am appx - I was just heading to bed (I'm a night owl) and taking a shower on our lower level - shower door started shaking pretty violently up and down and you could see the walls vibrating a bit.  

I think I work like you do -- very informal, hand shake, your word is good.
