They supply comps using SFR criteria and that's not how MFUs are evaluated.MFU 5+ comps show GSI, (NOI sometimes), cost per unit, Cash on Cash and Cap rate.Little secret for your research efforts: ASK for everything, but GIVE nothing and then listen / read the data.

You can't expect 100% of a broker/agents time and attention when you aren't returning the same.I would speak with the agent and tell them about your expectations.Make sure they understand.Brokers/agents aren't psychic.You might give off the impression that you are happy with the service but secretly wish you were getting more.The agent might just believe you like to look at the properties and then send to her for review.There is no blame to go around when communication is not crystal clear on what is expected.
