This is something I'll revisit in the near future, but at this immediate stage the goal was to get adequate coverage quickly.

I would go with refinance first but as Anthony suggested talk to a mortgage person...Also, I suggest make sure you are both on the same page, write it down on paper that you both sign - so later you can revisit if memories fade...

I completely internalized it; revisited it nightly, broke it down into smaller annual goals ... and long story short, I crushed it!

@Steve L.Probably aren't getting a lot of response on this because its very unique to a lot of guys - and some of us are delusional enough to think we have some kind of secret sauce that we're not willing to share.Also some of the metrics can be painful to look at (revisiting this on a Friday eve is somewhat of a weekend buzzkill :( I have a background in stats and data, so I track a lot some is super useful, other is just gee-whiz.  

I think a lot of investors are revisiting what their assembly line looks like.

If the seller will not deliver it vacant then you might need to re-visit your offer price.

I suggested that the tenant revisit her lease and see if this is referenced.

I revisited the idea two more times (2007 & 2010) but hit roadblocks, got discouraged, and decided to work on my college education, get a cosmetology license, open up a small makeup boutique (which is now closed) & focus on my three student athletes.
