I'm collecting more evidence from this lender and already connecting even more incriminating evidence and adding on more charges to these guys.If you or someone you know has EVER worked with any of these names, please reach out to me incase what you have might seriously help out my case and save other lenders, other attorneys, other regular people etc from being screwed. 

The only thing that saved us is that we bought them cheap but our exit price was not nearly in line with what we thought we would get.

Money for today or money for retirement?

Cause if he learns bad habits now, like living above his means or not saving, they'll be hard to break.

So you'll have to really think how badly you want to try to save these, and where they're going. 

I think when everyone is on the same page, it saves a headache. 

@Kristin Boekhoff to add to the great input from @Jason Taken:1) To save money, you really want to clean as little as possible.

They also have a 'turn key' annuity asset that they can count on for consistent retirement income.

If my clients are over the age of 55 there is about a 50% chance they are moving out of state to retire so I am interview other agents pretty much every week.

@Josie Sandoval some PMC's will try to save you money by NOT offering to pay other agents a commission.
