In the lease, it doesn't cover this specifically. there is a section that hold me harmless if I need to change the locks to restrict one tenant due to a court ordered restraining order .. which this doesn't qualify for. 

This works OK for relatively static and simple investments like a private placement or crowdfund, but can become rather cumbersome and expensive with a more time sensitive and transaction intensive asset such as a rental property.

I just don't know what to say lol I'm sure each of these types of owners needs different messaging and some of them are probably in a very sensitive situation.

If so, getting that would seem to be the hardest/most time sensitive part of the process given how difficult it is to get people out for a job.

I want to be sensitive to their situation as the economy is bad and we’re all struggling but we run a business. 

Maybe focus on loans / lenders with their emphasis on borrower-sensitivity based lending as opposed to property/equity-based lending.
