Marketing messaging for direct mail

Austin Martinez
Posted

Hi I'm just starting out and just about ready to start sending direct mail to potential sellers.

Can anyone point me to the best place to learn what kind of messaging I should have in my direct mail marketing?

I'd be happy with a book, podcast, video, etc.

Or if someone with experience was nice enough to share their own messaging, that would be incredible!

I'm interested in marketing to absentee owners, people in preforclosure, possibly probate, etc. Single family and small multi-family.

I just don't know what to say lol I'm sure each of these types of owners needs different messaging and some of them are probably in a very sensitive situation. I want to focus on helping them if they need it, but what is the best way to introduce myself?
