This is a difficult question to answer. 

So what is the answer to getting access to our equity for those of us who have some but don't really want to continue acquiring properties.

As I begin this new journey, I would like to ask some questions that I hope more experienced landlords and investors can answer.

Knock on the door and if there is no answer and the yard is empty, then look in a window.
