Hello All - Looking to connect with an experienced and trust-worthy property manager in Grand Rapids, MI.

We've found a retail strip center in a rapidly gentrifying area whose owner is selling because he doesn't want to adjust to the gentrification.  

I had a voucher from Rapid Realty and didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.

Currently between us, we own 16 properties and are growing our business rapidly.  

With the Nashville market appreciating rapidly, I was priced out of some so called "deals".
