Your AI is going to randomly pick between 'yes' and 'no' based on your past history because, well, its sometimes yes, and sometimes no.This type of AI is not suited for this task, where the context matters.

Asking random stranger who only have part of the facts is dangerous.  

It is just words randomly put in a sentence it means nothing.This is just ONE example, but believe me there is a LOT wrong on going.Also I know you don't always have control of who gives you backlinks and I too have crappy backlinks, but this is obviously deliberately done to manipulate the rankings.Again, I am starting to believe you didn't do this intentionally..maybe you didn't know and maybe this is a previous company that did their SEO.

We thought about that, but we are both married with kids and it's been hard enough convincing our spouses to jump on the real estate bus with us, much less move and live with a bunch of random people. haha

Now let me explain what it means "not going to work".. getting sporadic random deals having no clue when the next deal is coming is NOT "it works".
