One would think the 20+ trillion in debt would cause a depression but they keep printing money and so that isn't an issue (not to the media and most people anyways).I'm hoping this experience will cause more goods to be made in America = more jobs.

I would print out a map of the areas, mark the areas where traffic was high, find someone young in the neighborhood who has a car and wants to make some extra cash and send them out on Friday night or Saturday morning.

@Lisa Cutshaw I actually print out new leases 1-2 months before the end of the current lease and ask the tenant if they plan to stay after their lease is up if so here is your new lease and show them any changes to it which includes rent increases.

Even if I plug in a Montana zip code to get the flyover country interest rate pricing, the HIGHEST priced lender I typically work with (for really difficult scenarios) is at 0.78 points for the exact same scenario in the small print here where they are advertising it at 2 points (scroll down past the trophies to see the advertisement "assumptions") for the exact same scenario.

I know taxes and regulations and land lease can be rough there as opposed to Big Bear which is pretty straight forward and fairly easy to print money.

Plus you cant even send a year end to an accountant, so I'd have to print off a bunch of sheets & reports to hand to the CPA because I don't know what they all need.Since I only have a few units, I'm looking for basic and very simple to use accounting software that I can send to the accountant at the end of the year.
