other than the constant warnings and warning posts I dont think you can expect BP to be the gate keeper for Guru class's  keep in mind some folks do succeed and the cost of a guru package to them was one of the best things they ever did. 

If Money stops so does work .Now a lot of the posts say they have been ripped off by contractors and I know why .

I was under the assumption because I wasn't informed of marektable title Before the closing date, that maybe there was/is a way to get the EMD back, but based on your response to my post, it doesn't look like I can.
