Rent in B area, which I say is B, because it's closer to popular malls, restaurants, movie theaters, is about $25-$50 more than the area our property is in.  

It's a funny movie about flying great white killer sharks.It was so successful they are coming out this year I believe with a big apple sequel one in New York.Steve I understand about holding your ground with no skin in the game.

Instead of going to the movies or the bars, spend your time reading and listening to pod casts for free, and start running the numbers on places.

I know that the true source of it comes from pop culture(the news, movies, TV shows, cartoons, music, etc....all forms of brainwashing) divide and conquer is real..... 

It all started with the movie the secret I watched that movie felt positive and motivated went to a book store on the next morning my eyes went straight to the book called Rich Dad Poor Dad and 5 years later here I am.

Lets just say the bathroom in horror movies are in better shape than these.
