I currently have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,450 sq ft- 2 car garage + RV hook up- with secluded backyard & Chief kitchen in ABQ- looking @ $125 per night $110 per night$55 cleaning$51 service fee$54 occupancy tax$270 per nightHigh end bedding- 2 car garage + RV hook up- Stellar, grass backyard, with grill, patio cover, grass and games....thoughts?

Dishwasher was brand new never used I got it for $150 - stove was 4 months old it had been installed but the oven still had plastic wrap around the shelving so only the top was ever used - the fridge is the oldest but still less than two years old it was purchased from a very high end property for $200.I had my contractor build my counter tops, it turned out nice however you can buy ready made counter tops and just pay for fitting this would save around $500.Original kitchen

Hi @Joe Huang, my father runs one of Ohios largest outdoor construction companies where we install $200k pools and patios, so I do know quite a bit about this.#1 the outdoor space does not add value as far as an appraisal goes.

I filled one in and it cost about 5K which included breaking up the floor of the pool, fill dirt, and I left the cool deck and just used crushed granite (DG) to make a nice patio.
